Thanksgiving...is over :(

but......CHRISTMAS is around the corner!! YAY i LOVE this time of year its just like everything bad turns good and everyone mad is happy and joyful! I know short post but my mother and I have decorating to do.

Viva La France

Ok well I know France was last weekend, but I never made a blog about it. Firstly, like everyone said living in Europe had turned out to be a great experience. It was different to hear everything sung (<- is that a word?) but anyway I think that if anyone one you gets a chance to ever visit Germany you have a place to stay in the humble abode of the Jones Family.

Finally!!!

YAY! Lexi and Katie came in yesterday, but thats not the best part...I got to miss half of school to pick them up lol jk! The best part is they are finally here and I love it! It gives me hope that i will never lose touch with any of my Rock Church friends. Well here is a picture of me and Lexi at like 10 in the morning...(oh and Kaatie is in their too, she is just taking the pic)

p.s. Lexi would like everyone to know she had not slept for about 48 hours and that is the reason for her appearance

Day Off

Well tomorrow is Friday or in German Freitag. We do not have school and i will probably get up around 9 o'clock (which to me is sleeping in) I will then clean my room and if I am feeling up to it clean the rest of the house because I have to get it ready for when Lexi and Katie come. Then maybe just maybe I will do some of my homework ( I kinda highly doubt it, but you never know) and then I will lounge around and wait for my parents to come home so we can get ready to go to our church's Harvest Fest. Hmm I believe that is about it....oh wait and Bekah will be babysitting later on in the night. Ok! I hope you all have a great Harvest Party! Oh Yea what was the theme this year?

YAY!

Well it is almost Nov and it just so happens i only have to go to school four days a week this whole month...im so excited!! We have Halloween off and we are going to have a Harvest Fest at church for the kids. Well im supposed to be doing Language Arts HW right now so ill post something more interesting when i have time.

Okay so i got a comment from an unknown person called "hi" and they wanted me to update so here it is:

Well i have been in school for almost 6 weeks now and i'm still alive. In a couple of weeks Lexi and Katie are comin to visit and then we are all goin to go to a youth conference...in France! I know exciting. Well i cant really recall anything else interesting that is going on...oh wait i'm getting kinda good in german (i can probably say any number lol) well tell me about all your adventures?!

High School

Well its been awhile since my last post, but I just wanted to tell you all that I started High School today and it wasnt as terrifying as i thought. I think the only problem I have with it is that I have to get up early (and if you didnt know I ♥ to sleep) Okay well leave me some encouraging comments and advie about HS and I'll take it to heart haha.

YAY! It was soo fun and I think I have finally found out why God brought my family here. The Rock Church will always be my home church, but I think everyone who told me that it would get better and that God had a plan for us was right on track!! Well I Love and Miss you all....

Slow Day At The Office

HEY!! Well I'm really going to try to update daily....so for now I'll tell you about work. Firstly I still sit and do nothing but I have Bekah's DS to keep me company ahah all the airman are always making fun of how i just sit there all say and get paid...but i know that they are just jealous, wouldn't you be? haha but its not as easy as it looks to sit, personally I think I'm just a little ADD because i just can't stop moving when I'm sitting there.....we'll have to get that checked out!

Diaries Of A Working Woman

Haah lol I work now!! YAY! Well actually its not all fun and games its hard work....for others im sure but for me all i basically do is sit around from 7 am to 4 pm and they give me the occasional menu prices to type up (which takes about 5 minutes) and then i get a lunch break around 12:30. But basically i make 40 bucks a day for sitting there and keeping the seat warm. I know 5 dollars an hour LAME but it puts food on the table lol jk jno but seriously it will all be worth it in the end!

Daddy Long Legs & Unmatching

Ahah today I actually thought of stuff to talk about! They are both topics that confuse me first:

Daddy Long Legs: Why do we call them Daddy Long Legs? What if they are Mama Long Legs? It's weird because if we said all Daddy Long Legs were boys then how would they produce? So obviously there have to be some Mama Long Legs out there but how do we know which are which? These are questions I ask myself so give me some answers...

Now:

Unmatching: Remember when we were little we always unmatched (well at least I did) and didn't care and then when we got a little older we started to make it our mission to match? And now we want to mismatch but in a funky way? It's hard to not match on purpose because you dont want to mismatch in a "I have no fashion sense kind've way" but in a "I can mismatch and make it my own style kind've way" Yes we are living in a confusing generation

Hey guys still at the library...well its a new day but I meant still have to go to the library to check my email and stuff like that ya know? Well anywho I have to go to public school for my junior and possibly senior year!! AHHH...oh but you know whats weird? I was looking through my friends yearbook from last year and I found three people I went to elementary school with so thats cool. I promise when we get our interenet at our house then I will write about more interesting things like how we have to seperate all our trash into catagories (I bet you can't wait till our internet is turned on now, all the stuff you could learn) Oh also Germany is obsessed with recycling so I suppose its really green here...ok until next time on *dramatic music* COURTNEY"S BLOG

Library

Im at the Library right now so we still dont have internet till Friday. We are now in our house and it is sooo boring I have nothing to do because we havent gotten all of our stuff yet so I can't set my room up or anything. O0ooh there was a carnival type thing the other day and we went and me and Bekah got suspenders!! And then me and my friend rode two rides both the rides were two euros each (that is more then 2 dollars in America) they are super expensive here, so if your a penny saver you can cross Germany off of your list lol.
